Your Responsibilities

Before using any AI-generated content in resumes, job applications, cover letters, or professional communications, you must:

• Read and review all generated content carefully.
• Verify that dates, employers, titles, and achievements are accurate.
• Confirm that inferred skills actually reflect your real expertise.
• Remove or correct any fabricated or inaccurate information.
• Ensure the final document truthfully represents your experience.

Inferred Content

JobStoryVault's AI is designed to work only from the career information you provide. It does not invent employers, titles, degrees, certifications, or accomplishments from thin air. However:

• AI may infer skills or responsibilities not explicitly stated by you.
• Inferred content may occasionally be incorrect or overstated.
• You should treat all AI-inferred data as a suggestion, not a fact.

Items labeled "AI Inferred" or "Needs Review" in Career Vault are suggestions - not confirmed facts. Always verify before submitting to employers.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

JobStoryVault does not guarantee and makes no representation that use of the platform will result in:

• Job interviews
• Job offers
• Employment
• Salary increases or career advancement
• ATS system approval or ranking improvements

Resume quality, match scores, and AI recommendations are tools to assist you - not guarantees of outcome. JobStoryVault accepts no liability for business losses, missed employment opportunities, or reputational harm arising from your reliance on unverified AI-generated content.

Third-Party Data Import (e.g., LinkedIn)

JobStoryVault's third-party data import features (such as LinkedIn profile PDF imports) work as follows:

• We can only process information that you legally export and provide to us.
• This is not an official LinkedIn integration or sync.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation.
• Imported data is processed by AI and may require review and correction.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your extraction and import of data from third-party platforms complies with those platforms' Terms of Service. JobStoryVault strictly prohibits the use of unauthorized scraping tools, crawlers, or extensions to extract data from third-party platforms.

Third-Party AI Providers

JobStoryVault uses third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to process your data. When you use AI-powered features, your career content (excluding sensitive PII) may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating requested outputs. We do not use your data to train third-party models, and our sub-processors are contractually prohibited from doing so. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

User Confirmation

By submitting content and using AI features on JobStoryVault, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner of the career information you provide.
• You will not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information about your experience.
